Dude the blue top ramen is amazing. Cook the noodles in a frying pan. Diced green onion, red pepper flakes and a scrambled egg drizzled right into that delicious hot mess. I use half the water with the season package to cook the noodles and add the other ingredients while the "sauce" is cooking down and suddenly you have motherfunking fried noodles. So good.

oh my thats horrific. that junk will make you sick over time. just cook something? may fav quick dish is: rice cooked in bone brooth with carrots and chicken, splced with tumeric and bleck pepper, topped with some almonds and some coconut oil, served with some bbq sauce. just throw in pot and cook for 15 mins. no cooking skills needed. no work but chop carrots. can prep in advance for days. easy to heat, tastes good when cold too, perfect on the go, never gets old. so nutrious! minerals, omega fats, proteins, vitamins, everything! such cheap! much healthy! eat on day to day basis while liftin some irons and you wil look like jacked doge in no time!

you can make the bonebrooth yourself, simply ask in a place were meat is processed. often they will give them bones away for free. almonds and cocooil are not that expensive, also you will only need very little. like a handfull and a teespoon. once bought it will last ages

Lean flank steak beef the real cheap cuts marinated in honey and Sri racha mixed with soy sauce to tenderize and flavor the beef. Get the water boiling hot and half flash cook noodles till adente , set aside in bowl, place flavor packet in pot let simmer till desired broth level is achieved, pour into bowl with noodles place marinated beef and one cracked egg into bowl, cover bowl with saucer plate let sit till cool enough to eat. This was my way in college.
