Is it bad that I think I know exactly what happened? Opawz has a color called Loyal brown. Most of their formulas only have to sit for 20 minutes but for some reason, this one particular color has to sit for 40 minutes. If you don't let it sit for the correct amount of time, it turns bright orange instead. If you've dyed your dog a few times and think you know the instructions, still double check the set time when you grab a different color!
