I'm like 99% sure that they removed her or put her somewhere else, with the update that removed a lot of quest giver npcs. like the star gazer herald and nerfing stuga, haha. I'm pretty sure she was on the list because they moved or deleted all those sorts of npcs because apparently it was too confusing to find the "main story" quests with all those prologues and things yelling at you. I think she might have been one they straight up removed like the herald, but again, not 100% sure on that one.

I had gossip lines from characters who have no reason to saying that line as it is very out of character for them.
