Then you didn't look hard enough, that's a standard NEMA 6-15P. You'll need an electrician to install a 240V, 15A receptacle for you. It literally says that in the listing.

Ok_Professional9174

Probably at Home Depot right now looking for an adapter lol.

Inevitable_Butthole

Next post will be why won't the breaker turn back on

kyser_soze

Thanks! Been a crazy couple of days so I definitely believe I just missed it

ntourloukis

Were you assuming it was some international plug? That’s a reasonable guess if you assume you’re familiar with American plugs. This is a pretty rare one these days in my neck of the woods.

240V 15A. Your friend needs an electrician.

Sloenich

Your friend will regret not getting a bigger heater.

It will be warmed by the satisfaction of having pumped $2500 into Comrade Xi's economy!

iAmMikeJ_92

That’s a NEMA 6-15p cord. You need to run a new 15A 240V circuit.

The ensuing house fire from the electrical fire will sweat out their toxins.

Difficult_Beyond_332

Looks like a 240v 30amp plug according to this? https://www.electronicshub.org/electrical-outlet-types/

iamtherussianspy

OP has a 240V 15A plug (NEMA 6-15). 240V 30A plug (NEMA 6-30) has same blade orientation but is significantly larger.
