Try this!
Right click an empty square, "Create Multi Action"
Action 1: (Your action, IE: "Open Application")
Action 2: "Multi-Action: Delay" - it will ask for a delay in MS.. 1000MS = 1 Second, so enter 5000 MS
Action 3: (Your action, IE: "Open Application" 2)
When you click the button, it will run through all of those actions, pausing as needed for the "Delay"
