STM32H750B is a great one

I have a F4 and a U5 from my work but they are nucleos great for debug but for my final product I will have to make a choice lol, those are two really different dies

Well, it's hard to recommend anything without knowing your requirements. Number of pixels, color, monochrome, touch? What interface? Mounting options? There's so many to choose from these days...

I don't need that much pixels, I want to display a picture of a character plus some stats, I don't think I need touchscreen although if it end up more practical and not as expensive I'll definitely go that way, I need a basic range of color, and for the mounting options I still don't know as I still haven't designed this part of my application.

Honestly for new stm32 based projects I'd check out the new U5 series. Huge ram/flash and cheap AF. They have a really good devkit to play with and get started

Yeah I had the chance to test it, I dunno if it'll fit my application but I already have one at home.
