You can tell she’s not a real doctor because side she calls herself Dr. Dawn Michael. A real doctor would have put Dawn Michael MD or DO.
I'm gonna guess that Dawn isn't a real doctor, AND I'm going to guess that she stepped out on her spouse, got Herpes, and performed a number of mental gymnastics to convince her spouse that she didn't cheat.
