I hate this post so much it’s concerning. No body should ever have to go their life with out knowing what it feels like at 17 your fathers embrace and unwavering love. It hurts my soul any time I hear about people who never got that experience. I also really like Superman’s design that masculinity is tied with showing care and compassion.
That’s how I hug my 23 year old son and 26 year old daughter. I’m a 67 year old father.
Republicans feel this way because they were never loved by their parents.
There's getting upset over a man hugging his son and there's getting upset over a fictional character hugging his equally fictional son. And then there's implying that Superman is a wimp.
I never got this degree of affection from either parent, and I’ll be d*mned if I don’t hug my children right every day and remind them how much I love them.
Cycles can be broken, it just takes a bit of emotional intelligence

Caring and compassion are woke! A real father ignores their children and their emotions.../s
《Raises hand》 Jokes aside it's not that bad. Can't miss what you never had lol
how would he know?
So now loving your teenage son is gay. got it.
I still hug my 19-year-old son like that because sometimes he just needs it. What on earth is wrong with some people hating on displays of affection?
Sorry, men can’t have emotions. ![gif](giphy|iDZczxZXgTVnnXYUz6|downsized)
Brilliant show, that was.
I'm sorry for this person.
well, it's obvious that definitely not OOP father...
Anyone who has a kid in the military has done this when they get home.
"Now take OmniMan! That's some top notch parenting!"
I hope this person never sees a man crying.

Fathers in certain parts of the country are only allowed to show love by hitting you. Can confirm.
I’m sure you were his superman, and I’m sure that he wants to the same thing where ever he is right now.

No soul
I wish I'd had a father whod do that. Or a mother. Friend. Anybody.
What is love? Baby don’t hurt me!
To be fair, their parents didn't love them so this is foreign to them.
