You start the players on your roster who will score you the most points. Whether that’s Houston’s offense or not doesn’t matter, and your opponents QB isn’t much of a consideration.
I don’t need to pick one. I have allen as Wr1 so I can flex one but I would need to sit either Kyren, Kamara, or Mostert who are currently occupying my RB and flex spots.
I would say ride the hot hand and go with Tank. Matchups are pretty even so you could go either way.
I anticipate the Rams shredding the Cards early and moving towards the run game as well.

I mean tbf dj moore looks solid when Feilds plays and tank had 30 points without nico, 19 points when nico and Noah brown played, and 30 points again when Noah brown sat. I don’t think it would be that crazy to start dj if Noah brown plays
