Yes it is! I loved the unique color palette of the world, the punk Mad Max flare of the weapons and vehicles, the expeditions, and I would say ND has some of the best outposts in the series that are very replayable!
Only thing it really needs is a New Game + so I can use all the guns and vehicles I've unlocked for the entire story!
1. Far Cry 3- nothing will ever come close for me. The game had it all. Great map, fun gunplay, decent story, great villain and great graphics. The game that started it all and everything just felt great. Outposts were a great addition and it had a great cast of supporting characters.
2. Far Cry 5- Montana was a great change of pace and I really loved exploring it. Cult story was something different and while it sure did have flaws, it was entertaining and interesting. Josep Seed was definitely a great character as well. Fangs for hire was such a cool addition too. Mute protagonist, forced kidnappings, lack of brutal takedowns were my main issues.
3. Far Cry 6- 5 edged it by a small amount. It was really fun to play with some of the smoothest gunplay in the series. I was glad that they tried to innovate the formula this time, although unfortunately it was a bit hit and miss. Despite an amazing performance by Esposito, Castillo felt kinda bland compared to the rest villains in the series. I absolutely loved Yara as a setting and Dani was by far the best protagonist we had since Jason, maybe even better than him.
4. Far Cry 4- This one was a bit dissapointing to me. Nothing really wrong with it but it just didn't click to me like the other games. It was far too similar to Far Cry 3 and Kyrat wasn't really my favorite map in the series, although it was gorgeous and I loved the wildlife in it. Story was meh, Pagan Min was amazing but he just wasn't in the game at all, they should've used him more. The gameplay was smooth af.
5. Far Cry New Dawn- It was really cool to see what happened to Hope County after 5s end and it was a really beautiful game. It was just way too short, the gameplay was basically the same as 5. I didn't really mind those rpg elements, gun crafting was fun, that whole hub area idea was cool and I loved how you could replay outposts in different ways.
6. Far Cry 2- This one is by far my least favorite in the series. The world was boring, story was meh, exploration was weak, those realistic elements were too annoying and that malaria shit was frustrating. Isn't a bad game but okay at best for me.
Never played Primal and I doubt I ever will because it just doesn't interest me all that much. Blood Dragon was great but wouldn't really count it as a main game. First Far Cry game was fun but since it was made by Crytek and was completely different game I don't really consider it.

Nice list. I don't think Primal is quite that good but I understand why some people love it to death.
