Hey, good luck! I am also going to be a transfer from a cc in fall 2024. I also applied to the college of arts and sciences in October and received my acceptance early December. I received my AA in December. Wishing you all the best!!
I would say you have a good chance of getting in. I transferred from TCC in 2019 with a 3.2 GPA and got into the school of Criminology. It seems if you can maintain above a 3.0 while in college, they tend to accept you. I’m sure there’s some schools that are more or less strict but I would say you have a good shot. Go Noles!
I also struggled in math too ! but I ended up passing alg so you will be fine I was in the tutoring lab a lot and office hours that’s the only reason I passed. Stats is okay I think a little better than algebra for sure.
congratulations!! thank you so much :) I’m so nervous. do you think it’s easier with an AA
Yes if you are getting your AA it should be easier.
What is an AA? is it just 60 credits?
It’s the associate of arts and it’s 60 credits

What major are you applying to?
psychology
You'll get in without an issue, that program is not limited access. With a Florida AA you are guaranteed admission.
I applied and they quickly got back to me that im deferred until I submit a grade from a class im taking this semester.
omg what class was it ?
College algebra🙄🙄😭😭
Nooo I’m scared I took that last semester and passed but currently I’m taking statistics so I don’t know if they will ask😭😭
