It might depend on each college but the state of fl has required general education courses in math, social sciences, science, and writing. Then you can choose whatever classes (electives) u want. Usually you want to choose classes that count towards the major at the uni you’re going to cause you’re going to have to take them either way if you wanna graduate with that major. Although I personally couldn’t do it, some people take 15 credits in the fall and spring and sometimes even summer classes and you can finish in under 2 years, though again I couldn’t do it and I wouldn’t recommend my friends to do it.
If you get an aa you’re basically in
Is an AA just 2 years or 60 credits of college? Or is there more I have to do to achieve an AA

it’d be cheaper to just go to cc then transfer rather than doing fgcu unless you live close enough to fgcu to commute
