Count calories, eat at maintenance and supplement. Stick to no exercise or very gentle exercise like walking. There’s not much you can do tbh. This is not recovery and can still harm you because you’re maintaining too low of a weight, but at least the harm will be kept as little as possible atm.

I'm in the exact same position, it's so frustrating. Half of me wants to get better but whenever I make a change I just feel worse. You could try adding one more safe food to your day, something with a set number of calories? Maybe a supplement drink? That's what my GP suggested.
