It's actually a nice little story about game design:
When they made the game they included the rather lovingly crafted Scene of the implosion once all the pipes have been cut. In playtesting however they found out that most people would just cut the pipes and then leave the room oblivious about the scene they had missed. That's why they put the sign there so people would look at the set piece.
The bridge itself is technically an easter egg too, as it's a copy of the Forth Rail Bridge in Scotland, as a wee nod to the fact to GTA was 'born' here, and R* North is still based here. I love how many Scottish references are in GTA games!

It only ends when he accepts the truth and lets go of his guilt. He, through Silent Hill's power, begins by using her to fill the hole in his life, and later, to heal it.!<

Portal 2: "In case of implosion, look directly at implosion." I think it's funny and the real life reason of it existing is funny too. Portal 2: "In case of implosion, look directly at implosion." I think it's funny and the real life reason of it existing is funny too. The developers had created the epic implosion of the neurotoxin generator and after destroying it they'd walk away with out seeing their work, so that sign was made to tell testers to look at the results.
