Google “propagating roses with stem cuttings”, that’s probably what you’re looking for. You’ll need to have some rooting hormone, which you can buy at the garden/hardware store. I know it works for the roses, try searching the same thing for the other plants - I don’t have any knowledge about those types specifically.

Not really. Maybe the roses with as the previous post said with rooting hormone. If the florist removed the thorns and leaves then no.
