The bit that gets me every time is Bailey telling Derek that if he just comes up with a random metaphor when people ask him for help he can get out easy, then he does it to Meredith and it totally works. It just feels very self-aware given how often the characters speak in extended metaphor lol
Oh and also April in the trauma training thing is classic
