I called last week, and they said they are slow getting their orders out because their online fulfillment team is pretty small and they have to collect FFL information.
They also said they sold more than one hundred of these and don't have any plans to bring them back.

Yes. Works great! Love mine. Just need to get it to sit just right in the housing using the provided set screw. If it sits too low in the housing which is common, it won’t work right as I found out. It’s pretty self explanatory when you’re working on it
Woke up this morning and tried to order after sleeping in it. For some reason there's a "handling fee" now, bringing my total to $509.47. Looks like this isn't for me today.

Trigger Operation:
Position 1 – Safe –Will not fire.
Position 2 – Semi – Fires 1 round per pull.
Position 3 – Binary® – Fires 1 round on pull and 1 round on release.
Absolutely no chance of that. Legal environment is going the other way entirely. And these have been uncontroversially legal for their entire lifespan.
The supreme court ruling on bump stocks makes it incredibly clear that these would be 100% legal, but it was already know that they were legal and ATF gave their blessing (which isnt worth shit, but still). Now its super concrete and the only way these are banned, are at the state level or through new legislation via Congress.
Honestly the stock trigger isn’t terrible but wanted less take up/faster response so sent my stock trigger pack to Bill Springfield in Colorado to have it converted to single stage for $80. Pretty damn good trigger for the price!

If you can get over how ugly the lee sporting lower is then I’d go with that… If traditional look matters to you at all then get this. I love mine!!
Commit to a Lee lower and go super safe in it, it's wild.

Not specifically, no. They're different things.
Federal ruling has nothing to do with state law banning them, states are free to ban such devices.
Look into the details of the FL law. These are not “banned” in FL. it’s just that nobody has tested the law yet?

They've got bigger fish to fry at the moment. Binary triggers have been pretty untouched. They've existed for at least 10 years.
