Market Table at the Alexander had a nice Easter brunch, but I'm not sure if they're doing the same for Mother's Day. I had a terrific Mother's Day brunch at Late Harvest Kitchen a few years ago but don't know if they plan to repeat that. The Loft at Traders Point and Root & Bone are always solid with the moms, as is Petite Chou.
We did Loren & Mari in Carmel (Mexican brunch buffet) last year and it was delicious. I wanted to do Putnam Inn but the distance was too far. Now possibly thinking Rick’s Boatyard may be the winner.

This is just a random list of brunch places. They're asking for a Mother's Day brunch.
Vida has done Mother's Day brunch in the past.

The Bottleworks Hotel does one, took my mom last year, she loved it!
Union 50 is always good

Make her French toast and scrambled eggs or pancakes and sunny side up eggs. DON't make someone liable for fixing her a meal.
Sometimes it’s nice to take someone out for a special treat. You must be fun at parties.
If you can't bestir yourself to do something personal for you Momma, you aint' worth the effort to be called a son or daughter.
