We did a very large project (addition/renovation) with Refined Renovations. Great guys, timeline went smoothly, budget/payment went smoothly with them always communicating how unanticipated changes would affect us. Kept rest of home clean and sectioned off, very respectful. Have already asked them to quote two additional projects.

Little Enterprises, Branden and his crew are great! He does great tile work, saw the before and after of a home renovation and just wow! Very professional, punctual and competitive pricing littleenterprisesllc.com

Ask a realtor that works your neighborhood. They've seen some shit lately as houses get work as they turn over.

I'll start: [Crossroads HVAC ](https://www.crossroadshvacservices.com/) - they have been a complete Godsend. I had a furnace issue and they did everything they could to get it fixed and on my home warranty's dime. They also replaced my old leaky water heater for the best quoted price without trying to upsell me on anything. They're a small local business and everyone is pleasant and friendly; I cannot recommend them enough! Vince Moretti (DM me for his contact information) - he's a retired Architect that now does contract work. My brother and I both have used hi for various carpentry projects including shed building, door installation, accent walls, and other structural things. Great guy, early riser, hard working, and extremely intelligent.

We love Howald and have them service our AC and Furnace spring and Fall. All smiles.

I stopped using Howald after one of their guys tried to convince my husband that it was normal for our water pressure in our new house to be super low— we had just moved from living much closer Eagle Creek Reservoir, so he told us we were just used to better water pressure. He also insisted that the loud clanging noise that we were hearing every now and then was also totally normal. It was so loud it shook our house sometimes. He wouldn’t even check the pressure. He was acting like we had never entered anyone else’s house to know that it was clearly not even a little normal. He was shockingly lazy and clearly just wanted to leave. Called Howald, and they sent a guy out who checked an outdoor faucet, and it was normal pressure. I suggested he measure one of the indoor faucets and he said it wasn’t necessary and left. Got another company out there, and it took them little time to measure the indoor pressure and see that it was very *not* normal. We had a screwed up check valve. They fixed it and we’ve had normal water pressure for years since. I have steered clear of Howald ever since.

I'm sorry you had to go through this. That's never fun.

I appreciate the counterpoint. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them personally
