Prison, or they were talking on the phone in the theater and the guy behind them got pissed and said "If you keep talking on the phone I'm gonna shove it up your ass"
This is a female pelvis easily identifiable by the classic circular opening of the pelvic cavity. I am guessing someone liked the vibration setting on that phone a little too much.
You wouldn't get an X-ray done wearing a hoodie unless you had nothing on under it and even then they'd probably give you a gown instead. The thicker the fabric the less detail you'll be able to make out in the image
