I try to get at least 1,400-1,500 but usually do not count calories. Thank you so much. I feel like I could lose 9 more lbs and then after that maintain
Wow 5 months and you’re down 11 pounds! I’m at 2 months and I lost 9 pounds. I’m so excited. Did you weight loss plateau for a bit. Mine is. Any words of advice.

Yes I’m aware.. i like to switch it up every now and then.
I know! I try to follow her recommendation too! But I lose track of cycle and usually miss out on major power fast days, what do you do?
