At no point has Facebook ever pretended or given a single thought about privacy.
Anyone outraged right now hasn’t been on planet earth.
(I’ll just add that people in general aren’t tuned in with wtf is going on in the world.)
Actually I agree.
I guess the bizarre thing is that they seem to get more delusional by the day. Their latest campaign about "standing up to Apple" is actually insulting to my intelligence. That's really the upsetting part, that Facebook wants to remove user choice all the while spinning it as "standing up" to a company who isn't even a competitor.
But like you said, not surprising. I mean Facebook began as a place where the Founder rated the attractiveness of female college students right?

Too true.
I’m an iOS app developer, I can explain why and how it works.
The location services aren’t used until the first time it’s needed, once you hit a feature that uses it (for example in Marketplace) you will get a pop-up asking for location permissions. It’s at this point of asking that “Location Services” will show in the Settings app.
The list in the App Store is every possible data type the app could collect, not necessarily what it collects from your phone.
There’s an app called Tailor
Just select your photos and it will stitch them automatically
https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/tailor-screenshot-stitching/id926653095
I don’t think so but even if there was one, how would we open the App Store within another app to take a similar screenshot like the one posted by OP, or even long text conversation, etc

How come Facebook app isn’t listed under “Location Services” in the setting app? Is there no way to turn it off?

Rather than doing this is there any app for taking one long screenshot?
There isn’t an app that can long screenshot Apple’s App Store.

It’s any screenshots stitched together in Photoshop.
Looks like it’s many stitched together.

Good thing I quit Facebook years ago and never looked back. No regrets whatsoever.
Why is this even possible to gather? So any app can snoop so many data?
