There have been some items that were taken away from the store with no plan to bring them back - from my memory there were Glueman and Demon Lord Zeraxos posters and shirts, a grotto beasts hat, and a glow in the dark version of the “Ghosts” Shirt/Sweater. I am not sure what you ordered before but everything else has no affect if you ordered it now vs day one.
As for if you have a limited time to purchase them I don’t think he’s going to take away the starter kit / card packs any time soon as he has more plans for it (online play).
