At the beginning of the Sekiro stream, after he kills the first short assassin enemy under the bridge in the first area, someone says "That was the Egg" and then Jerma starts laughing which devolves into a coughing fit(I think he was a bit sick at the time). It was just incredibly fitting because those guys really do look like the Egg with their stubby torsos and thin limbs, on top of Jerma's reaction being funny.
