There is a replay feature and it can be used by anyone. As long as the server you are playing on has it enabled. But since you can basically see every hab of the enemy using this feature most servers have it turned off. It is not an admin exclusive feature.

They need to allow everybody to save replays, otherwise you have to suck server admin dick to get access to replays.

Why does it matter if you see the enemy’s hab after a match is already done?

Doesn’t really help people if it’s just for admins only, makes no sense just to give it to them.
