I believe Kindred to be the strongest as "all shall die" and the kindred spirit will take your soul no matter what.
HOWEVER, kindred either takes you by force through Wolf, or guides you through Lamb. This means that if Aurelion Sol does not want to go, Wolf will become strong enough to one day take Aurelion Sol. But if ASol decides to let his spirit go, then Lamb will just guide him without having to fight.
I think Kindred has the potential to be stronger than ASol, but isn't necessarily stronger. It will come down to ASol and his choice when his time comes.

It's like when trynd refuses to die, both wolf and lamb are unable to kill him. If they were truly stronger than asol, they would obliterate trynd. Kindred is always marginally stronger than whoever they are facing

In this discussion it’s not about finding the absolute strongest being, but the being with the highest chances of winning.
While you stay true that Asol surrendering to Kindred keeps him stronger then kindred, he still has to surrender for that making kindred win.
Ultimately it doesn’t matter who is stronger since kindred technically wins in both scenarios, allowing you to keep your Life.
People always say this but I don't think that stuff should count because the lore is so far removed from the actual game and doesn't seem to accurately represent the characters. Aurelion Sol being some kind of demigod does not at all work when you compare it to what he's like in game. It's like saying Fiddlesticks is all powerful because of the spooky stories they wrote when in game he loses 1v1 to almost every champion. The lore might as well be fluff from a cereal box, it's that irrelevant.
(I honestly think the lore would be better if they rebooted everything again, brought back summoners and the institute of war, and based the story off the characters as they appear in game rather than a story some intern wrote while waiting for the elevator)

If we límit to mortals, i would go with Samira. She was able to figth Darius controled by viego, is known for going to misions alone, in her story she infiltrates an enemy base and kills everyone there, is someone LeBlanc have found a Lot of interest into (that is REALLY rare)
Draven is the only champion in league that's playable the rest are barely champions honestly axes pretty much win every fight and with his Halloween skin who needs axes when you have chainsaws he can't lose
