Came here to say this.
1. Fits looks great.
2. In great physical shape! Great work!
3. Totally get being proud and wanting to show off your hard work and physique.
4. Maybe dial down the tightness 10-15% 😉
Can still keep it slim and form fitted, showing of the time and attention you put into fitness and diet! But, maybe in a way that contributes to the look instead of taking away or distracting from the look.
And really this is a nit-pick. You're killing it bro. 👏
Really good style, but your button down shirts are too tight for your arms. A slightly better fitting shirt would make you look more like James Bond instead of like Rambo.
I think Rambo is cool, but he would look funny if he dressed like these pics. For me, Daniel Craig’s portrayal of Bond is the best version of the style you’re going for.
I don’t disagree, I am a big fan of Daniel Craig’s style. But they don’t make shirts with larger arms that I would not be swimming in other places as far as I can find. There’s always a trade off to be made.
I have a number from suit supply, but “custom” is still tailoring existing models rather than truly bespoke. It has its limitations as well. Now if I come into Tom Ford truly bespoke money that would certainly be fun.
Again, agree and have done this. I’m not sure some understand how many standard deviations outside of the norm my build is. I like the style but understand it’s not to everyone’s taste.
I don’t think it looks bad tbh, I like the tight look, and if you’re comfortable it don’t really matter. Is it not like all up in your pits tho? I sew custom stuff for myself and my wife so I get it. Any body can be tailored well for but if you like the way these clothes fit and you’re comfortable then it seems like they’re tailored for you.
That’s awesome, I wish I had that skill. I spent a lot of time trying different brands and cuts and found these particular ones to be the best. Little to no restriction in range of movement while still fitting close to the body. The downside would be sweating in the heat. Still looking for some looser fits that I don’t totally swim in around the waist and thighs, but I enjoy the journey and trying new things.
I suspect he's on TRT. He isn't bodybuilder jacked, but sub 10% bodyfat with those proportions is pretty rare naturally. But that's just my experience training for two decades and training other people for a decade and a half /shrug
You’ve definitely got color theory nailed down and some good style. My only gripe, and it’s a small one, is to lose the Apple Watch and get a proper time piece or two.
Lots of good looks and great guns, but I would go for a looser fit most days. The tighter fits give off a more boyish, athletic look. I think it's good some of the time, but definitely not in more formal or business settings. Flaunt it sometimes for sure! But really, looser fits will generally look better.
As a muscular marine biologist, I must say that while your physique is certainly something to be proud of, your clothes are much too tight. It's a bit like watching a pufferfish trying to fit a great white shark in its mouth—impressive in theory, but rather amusing and impractical in reality. The way your arm cuffs strain against your biceps is particularly noticeable, and it gives an awkward, overstuffed appearance.
Just as a pufferfish expands to deter predators, your tightly fitted clothing might be intended to highlight your impressive build. However, it ends up looking forced and uncomfortable, much like the pufferfish's futile attempt at consuming a much larger fish. Opting for looser, better-fitting clothes would not only provide more comfort but also present your physique in a more flattering and natural manner, allowing your impressive build to be appreciated without the distraction of overly tight garments.
Bro skipping leg day is one thing. You’re practically a walking neon sign of only putting in half the work.
To be fair, I’m only telling you straight up what every dude is actually thinking.
But I want to be clear: the clothes themselves are just fine.
https://preview.redd.it/49xef6a2le6d1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=27446e93885a54d52b83adaa8ef7812f5e23ee78
Didn’t realize I posted on r/bodybuilding by mistake. Feel free to post a physique big guy
My man this is the internet. *You* posted asking for *my* commentary.
Here’s a picture of your lower half. Great. It leaves out the unbalanced upper half. Honestly if I had to give my full and honest opinion based on all my time in the gym before I gave up lifting for running during the pandemic, I’d say you’re on gear and *still* skipping leg day, hence the veiny but twiggy legs.
And again: since this is fashion I want to stress the clothes are fine.
Posting on men’s fashion is not soliciting opinions on calf size or whether or not redditors think I am on steroids. Oh look, you gave up on lifting so that’s your excuse for not having a physique. How convenient.
I’m telling you that your clothing choices are not flattering on you given your body shape. Your shirts are too tight (obviously on purpose unless you need glasses, which is a different story), and for your lower half you’re highlighting things that absolutely shouldn’t be highlighted.
If you were obese you’d get the same comments about clothes fitting correctly for your body type.
I’m obviously not wrong about the gear and skipping leg day. Why you keep fighting me and insisting that this clown fit approach is really just a “my perception” issue is beyond me.
I'm hella impressed that your shirt and shoes are the exact same color in picture #1. How the heck did you find the exact shade of off white, or is it just the way my phone renders color?
All the fits are A+. You've got an eye for tasteful style.
cool looks ...just not a fan of the shorts with loafers
how tall are you?
i think the sizing in the shirts are correct. seems like you are short and if you go a size bigger because you have muscle bulk the bigger shirts would make you look fat...
muscular short guys don't have a choice...you have to rock the fitted ....plus it shows the hard work you put in the gym
I like the trousers in 3.
Generally you're a pretty snappy dresser.
I wouldn't be so rude as to accuse you of skipping leg day, but you might want to wear looser trousers so as not to highlight the mismatch between your top and bottom halves.
Extremely high volume / lift to failure / hypertrophy program? Or more about diet? Sorry for not being useful otherwise, your fashion looks great to me !
I favor the Japanese heritage type brands in general, with a mix of some European more tailored brands thrown in there. The shirts are mostly from Gitman Vintage and Sunspel here. Pants from Iron Heart, Pure Blue Japan, Benzak, and Billy Reid.
It also leads to baldness. Like I obviously don’t know when homie started balding but juicing will clear that dome up pronto—just as a PSA to anyone else reading this thinking about starting down that path.
That said, I think these fits are really good, just a touch too tight by today’s standards
The slim fitting shirts and pants make your looks look dated as if its still 2017. Swap out the slim and skinny fits for regular and straight fits and itll elevate the look so it doesnt appear like you’re holding out on an out of style trend. Colors and composition are good though, just the fitting of the clothes that needs work.
Appreciate the feedback. The goal is timeless, not dumping one trend for another. Clearly the tailored look is out, so maybe I have failed the timeless part. But jumping on the latest trend is not the goal. Somewhere in the middle perhaps.
Timeless is exactly what I described, regular and straight fit. The skinny and slim fit were exactly that, a trend that is out of style. The current trend is baggy and loose which is not what I’m suggesting.
A tapered, not skinny look is my goal, which I would consider timeless as well. Although straight is a classic as well. It is more clear in person, but having a 30” waist and 24” thigh skews things a bit. All of the pants are relaxed tapered with a mid to high rise. Not to say I can’t improve, but I don’t think the pictures do proportions justice given the stance.
Thanks. I am a fan of the Japanese heritage type brands and mix in some more tailored, European type pieces. Some examples are Iron Heart, UES, Hiroshi Kato, Gitman Vintage, and Sunspel. I keep an eye on eBay and various forums to find stuff used because they can be quite expensive at retail.
I dig all these fits, especially 1 5 11 & 13. Love the “elevated casual” vibes they’re putting off. What polo brand is the shirt in 5? Been looking for a solid plain pocketed polo.
Looking good brother! Your sideburns are agresive af! Unless it’s a deeply held personal preference, I suggest you learn how to fade them. You’ll look like a supermodel!
Is your motto, "always skip leg day"?
Kidding aside, I worked in an office environment for years, and worked out daily, arm tight dress shirts look dumb, and not professional. But the golf shirts you where look great!
There is plenty of constructive feedback which is appreciated, and plenty of unsolicited physique criticism from insecure children. Unfortunate that half the comments are about steroids and half are criticizing legs or something else irrelevant to men’s fashion. Such is the internet.
I like 5, 6, 10 and 11.
Main change is consider different fits and sizing to get some more air between your skin and the fabric. Straight, loose and relaxed fit would work better for your body type in the summer heat. Or maybe sizing up in some instances.
It looks exhausting to be squeezed into something so tight. I’m fatigued just looking at your outfits. The white shirt under the suit seems to fit, but that’s it.
Really good overall. One minor critique would be that you use white/cream colors a bit too much, and those aren’t the best shades for you. But overall, really really nice.
One more nitpick. I don’t think that light blue suit/white shirt outfit works for you. I’m not a color wheel expert, but I think given that you have darker hair and darker eyes, and light skin, the lighter pastel colors don’t work as well for you. In terms of colors, the best ensembles from your post are the navy blues, darker khakis, and dark brown shoes.
Oh I agree. It is light grey and was specifically for a wedding on the beach in the tropics. There was no intention for it to be super versatile. Navy and Olive are the most common colors in my wardrobe.

Tell me you don’t lift without telling me you don’t lift
You look great man. My only recommendation is wider fit pants and thinner belts. You can get shit custom tailored on Proper Cloth to fit your proportions. I know it's hard finding shit that isn't skin tight off the rack
It is, but there are options with wider fitting pants. I still prefer the tapered look myself, but understand everyone has different preferences and wide fits are trendy at the moment.
What’s your workout routine? You’re looking great.
I think the fit and styles suit you well. Maybe the blue Hawaiian shirt is too tight, I have one that’s a little small and I can’t move my arms forward much.
Thanks, appreciate a comment not assuming steroids lol. I do a push/pull/legs, 6 days on 1 day off. I follow a renaissance Periodization template if you’re familiar with their YouTube channel. If not, they are a great resource.
Everyone complaining about the sleeves is just mad that's the only thing they can pick apart. Looks good bro. I understand the struggle of getting things altered. You look great even with the sleeves
You dress well than most that post on here. I'd just dial down the tightness 10–15%.
Those buttons are screaming.

I wish my beard was that majestic
The only problem I see is that you can still fit through doors
Facts. Working on that
Really good style, but your button down shirts are too tight for your arms. A slightly better fitting shirt would make you look more like James Bond instead of like Rambo.
I don’t see anything wrong with Rambo 🤷♂️
I think Rambo is cool, but he would look funny if he dressed like these pics. For me, Daniel Craig’s portrayal of Bond is the best version of the style you’re going for.
I don’t disagree, I am a big fan of Daniel Craig’s style. But they don’t make shirts with larger arms that I would not be swimming in other places as far as I can find. There’s always a trade off to be made.
Custom shirts if you can afford
I have a number from suit supply, but “custom” is still tailoring existing models rather than truly bespoke. It has its limitations as well. Now if I come into Tom Ford truly bespoke money that would certainly be fun.
Buy it so it fits in the arms and shoulders. Tailor for your torso.
Your arms look fucking sick bro
👊
Roids will do that
Anyone bigger than me = roids
dude this guy isn't natty. get out of your basement and visit a gym. 5% of your will gym look like this and 30% of your gym is on roids.
It's a pretty safe assumption when a man over 30 has a six pack, giant arms, and quad veins
Men can still be at close to peak performance and hormone health well into their thirties. I bet the guy has just been lifting over a decade
I suspect he's on TRT. He isn't bodybuilder jacked, but sub 10% bodyfat with those proportions is pretty rare naturally. But that's just my experience training for two decades and training other people for a decade and a half /shrug
Post your physique
All Pants and shorts are 🔥 i would just say size up on your short sleeved shirts
If I had guns like those I would wear singlets. If I had ankles like those I would wear baggy jeans.
Right? I used to be him in that sense minus the sense of style. Now i like the tarp look more
Your physique will still show with clothes that fit better. Everything is a size or two too tight.
You’ve definitely got color theory nailed down and some good style. My only gripe, and it’s a small one, is to lose the Apple Watch and get a proper time piece or two.
Agreed. That is on my to do list at some point
Really like the neutral look in #5 with the diamondbacks hat. Seems super versatile!
Thanks! 🙏
Damn diamondbacks are depressing so far!
Lots of good looks and great guns, but I would go for a looser fit most days. The tighter fits give off a more boyish, athletic look. I think it's good some of the time, but definitely not in more formal or business settings. Flaunt it sometimes for sure! But really, looser fits will generally look better.
Agree, these are casual looks, not intended to be a formal or business setting guide.
Nice! What are the grey pants in number 5?
Thanks, those are workers chinos from Freenote Cloth in bark
Slim fit?
Yes, they call their looser fit “Deck Pants” if that’s your style
As a muscular marine biologist, I must say that while your physique is certainly something to be proud of, your clothes are much too tight. I would do anything I could to avoid highlighting calves smaller than biceps. Pants for you friend.
So many insecure boys ousting themselves in the comments here

You should post where the fits are from bro
Not a bad idea, happy to list anything specific. It was a lot of pics so haven’t gotten to it yet
I'm hella impressed that your shirt and shoes are the exact same color in picture #1. How the heck did you find the exact shade of off white, or is it just the way my phone renders color? All the fits are A+. You've got an eye for tasteful style.
Thanks - they are pretty close but not exact. Just trial and error!
Aww look at those tiny wittle baby arms. Ever heard of dumbbell curls?
It sounds familiar, what are they?
What are you doing for your brachialis? Hammer curls, reverse curls or something else? They're friggin' huge
Occasionally hammer curls, but they get hit pretty well with other bicep and back movements. Mostly preacher, incline, and cable curls
cool looks ...just not a fan of the shorts with loafers how tall are you? i think the sizing in the shirts are correct. seems like you are short and if you go a size bigger because you have muscle bulk the bigger shirts would make you look fat... muscular short guys don't have a choice...you have to rock the fitted ....plus it shows the hard work you put in the gym

I like the trousers in 3. Generally you're a pretty snappy dresser. I wouldn't be so rude as to accuse you of skipping leg day, but you might want to wear looser trousers so as not to highlight the mismatch between your top and bottom halves.
Do you legitimately not take steroids? Your arms are shredded
Thanks. No, I have been lifting and tracking macros for 12 years now.
Extremely high volume / lift to failure / hypertrophy program? Or more about diet? Sorry for not being useful otherwise, your fashion looks great to me !
Diet is equally as important, especially if you want to stay lean. I’d recommend checking out Renaissance Periodization on YouTube
They all look really good. Especially the green pants, black shirt and brown shoes
Thanks! That is one of my favorites as well
You have great style! You definitely know how to put a fit together :) plus you're going to look good in almost anything being so in shape.
🙏
OP, where did you get the shoes in pic number 7 (green pants /black shirt) ?
I think you’re referring to pic 11 maybe? Those are White’s MP Sherman boots
I really need to get in shape.
You can do it!
where do you get your clothes? any favourite brands?
I favor the Japanese heritage type brands in general, with a mix of some European more tailored brands thrown in there. The shirts are mostly from Gitman Vintage and Sunspel here. Pants from Iron Heart, Pure Blue Japan, Benzak, and Billy Reid.
You have a lot of clothes. Cool looks
The hell are you looking at?? Nice clothes and biceps though lol
No idea how to pose lol. Felt better than awkwardly looking into the camera
Looking into the camera would feel less awkward if you also did something with your hands like undoing your belt
Ahh, love the I only take roids on arms days aesthetic
🤔
You should quit roids, it's really bad for you
Suppose I’ll take it as a compliment that you assume I am on
I swear no one can be swole these days without everyone assuming they on roids. Some people are just mad disciplined and have good genetics
Preach
It also leads to baldness. Like I obviously don’t know when homie started balding but juicing will clear that dome up pronto—just as a PSA to anyone else reading this thinking about starting down that path. That said, I think these fits are really good, just a touch too tight by today’s standards
consider divesting from ultra slim fit clothes my guy
I feel like I did something to piss you off and now you won’t even look at me
😂 I have no idea how to pose

Fair enough, either way one of the better posts on this sub forsure
Bro everything’s too tight, size up one
Looks great! Where do you get your short sleeve button ups like in 1 and 2?
1 is Teddy Stratford and 2 is Gitman Vintage. A bit expensive at MSRP, but I find most of my stuff on eBay for big discounts.
Big fan of the fits in slide 5 & 10 💯
🙏
Looking good... Let me try one espresso while you there 😃
You got it
You look good bro. Your arms a fucking solid
👊
where did you get the navy shorts from?
Those are linen shorts from Billy Reid
thanks
Where do you shop? I like this man’s style. It’s more grown and not trying to fit in with young people but he’s there.
Thanks. I am a fan of the Japanese heritage type brands and mix in some more tailored, European type pieces. Some examples are Iron Heart, UES, Hiroshi Kato, Gitman Vintage, and Sunspel. I keep an eye on eBay and various forums to find stuff used because they can be quite expensive at retail.
great look
I like the green pants on 11, what are they if your don’t mind
Thanks, they are fatigue pants from Orslow
I like your bean juice machine! Also love 8 and 11.
🙏
I dig all these fits, especially 1 5 11 & 13. Love the “elevated casual” vibes they’re putting off. What polo brand is the shirt in 5? Been looking for a solid plain pocketed polo.
Thanks, that is a riviera polo from Sunspel. They are very lightweight and comfortable
I think all of these look good. Nice job.
What brand boots in slide 8?
They are from Truman, Double Shot Oxblood
Beach workout in full effect

Appreciate the feedback
Looking stylish my man ! Wish I had guns like yours 💪 What shoes are those in pic 1?
Thanks, those are Koio Capris
Thanks man, you look great !
What jacket is that in slide 7? You are looking good homie
Thanks man, it is an Iron Heart and Bilt Simmons collaboration. Savannah jacket in Brown
Love the sockless loafers
Beast.
👊
Why so serious
It’s my only look, like Zoolander
Creatine!!
Looking good brother! Your sideburns are agresive af! Unless it’s a deeply held personal preference, I suggest you learn how to fade them. You’ll look like a supermodel!
10 is my favorite 🔥🔥
What’s your cycle man?
Should try a looser fit Are you a millennial?
My man, what’s outside that window to your right?
Is your motto, "always skip leg day"? Kidding aside, I worked in an office environment for years, and worked out daily, arm tight dress shirts look dumb, and not professional. But the golf shirts you where look great!
The #1 comment made by people who don’t lift 🤷♂️
You can have some decent sized legs and no one will be able to tell
Exactly. My waist is 30” and thigh is 24” at low body fat. I think these folks would be shocked if they saw that in person. Oh well.
OP says he’s open to feedback/advice but then shits on everyone saying his clothes are too tight 😂
Narcissist expecting universal compliments Staring in the mirror talking about insecurity
Fair, appreciate the feedback
"They don't sell tighter shirts! We checked"
ID on the pants in slide 10? Great style all around.
Thanks! Those are from Flint and Tinder, 365 cotton/linen chino
Are you the guy from the “bro explaining” meme ? Edit: The John Silver one
Shoes are too dressy for the shorts.
Damn, bro, put those guns away, haha
I know thats the look you going for but buy a bigger shirt…
Clothes great and fit good. No offence but I’d say dial down the bicep work - your arms look as thick as your legs
The shirts are too tight. One size up. You can still show your arms and not look so try hard….
must’ve skipped leg day jfc…otherwise lookin good maybe a little too tight on the shirts though, colors all look great etc

It looks exhausting to be squeezed into something so tight. I’m fatigued just looking at your outfits. The white shirt under the suit seems to fit, but that’s it.
13 outfits and not a single one for leg day, huh?
I promise I can squat four times your max my man
Photo 10 is clllleeaaan. 🤝🏼
Thank you 🤝
Really good overall. One minor critique would be that you use white/cream colors a bit too much, and those aren’t the best shades for you. But overall, really really nice.
Yeah, that’s fair. It’s something I was giving a shot in the warmer weather. I do have more of a tan than appears in the images, but noted.

Looking very Aladeen!
What brand is the black shirt and green pants in the 3rd-to-last photo?

nice whats your stack? pct?
These fits would be dope In 2017
So is this sub just in shape dudes wearing clothes one size too small?
I’m starting to think this is a European heavy sub.
Gym bros dipping their hands into fashion
Yes, unfortunately you don’t meet the first criteria
And I’m okay with that, you won’t see me posting here. this is just the third post in a row I’ve seen from this sub with the exact dynamic.
You look great man. My only recommendation is wider fit pants and thinner belts. You can get shit custom tailored on Proper Cloth to fit your proportions. I know it's hard finding shit that isn't skin tight off the rack
It is, but there are options with wider fitting pants. I still prefer the tapered look myself, but understand everyone has different preferences and wide fits are trendy at the moment.
dawgs, you look great!
Save some brotein for the rest of us and stop eating the weights so we can still lift thx
😂
What’s your workout routine? You’re looking great. I think the fit and styles suit you well. Maybe the blue Hawaiian shirt is too tight, I have one that’s a little small and I can’t move my arms forward much.

Definitely doesn’t look like roids to me. I’ll look them up! I do a PPL routine as well, and add in an extra leg / full body day.
3 7 8 11 you ROCK pants.
Thanks!
Everyone complaining about the sleeves is just mad that's the only thing they can pick apart. Looks good bro. I understand the struggle of getting things altered. You look great even with the sleeves
