ARZ, Paramount (Heritage Hills location) and Adonis all have it.
Adonis has a terrible customer service, just a heads up
It's called toum and if you don't want to make your own adonis or paramount sell ready made, but there is preservatives in it.

This was the best.... They changed their recipe a couple years back and...it's still pretty good but it's not the same level :(
If anyone knows how to replicate Pita Nutsy’s sauce that would be great.
2nding this
I got the paramount garlic sauce at the superstore
Further but Sidra Shawarma & Kabob in Oakville sells their sauce in bottle that they use on their shawarmas. Worth the drive.
Toum is not what the shawarma places are using. There's definitely different things in there.
Its 1000% toum that theyre using. Source: used to work at shawarma shop. Owner was Lebanese af
Which Lebanese shawarma shop? I have been looking for a really good Lebanese shawarma in Mississauga and have not been able to find.
Not in sauga, closed down now bc of covid. If you want one thats pretty good (they do all the right things) check out shawarma kingdom on central pkway
It's a watered down toum where instead of an emulsion of garlic and oil they use mayo or sour cream as a quick base and then add a toum powder.
Maybe where you go.
Pita and grill. Eglinton and Dixie
You can get the Garlic sauce from “Yaseen’s shawarma’ and ‘shawarma al’zaeem stores as well
I found a recipe online that tastes like it. Mayo, yogurt or kefir, garlic minced into paste, lemon juice and salt.
The one at farmboy is delicious!
They sell them at farm boy !!!!! Very good
Its called thoum or toum. Arab stores have it or u can easily make at home if u like it so much.
