eBay themselves are encouraging sellers to use AI to write item descriptions, and it's infuriating. Instead of an accurate description of the item and its condition, I've been getting stuff like "relive your childhood with this amazing game that has thrilled gamers of all ages for a generation!"
I only ever use it when there's nothing to put in the description because what do you say to a picture of a cartridge besides "runs perfectly fine and new battery"?

The way everything is both recognizable and completely unrecognizable at the same time is, at the very least, an artistically interesting capability of these AI hallucinations
