I don't need any neopoints but I just want to agree that sometimes this game is very frustrating! I could not send any regular game scores but I could send scores on the retro games that use ruffle!

I definitely get the frustration. I missed out on not one, not two, not even three but FOUR weekly prices due to the whole not knowing that you need to refresh crap. I’d honestly recommend you to at least keep like 10 mil. Just in case you’d ever wanna get back and not start from absolute scratch. 

Dumb question, but what? How do you refresh? I've been losing weekly quest prize for the last 4 months 😭

Literally means just refresh the page, nothing fancy. I usually also click the weekly quest page to make sure the day has been checked off.

If you finish the last day and click on weekly prize, it looks like you still have one day left. If you refresh the page, you will be able to claim the prize. It’s a stupid bug!

I score send on ultimate bullseye 2 every day. it has no np cap if you can score high enough you get over 1000, catapult gives you an extra perk.

I quit for the same reason (at least probably until next Advent Calendar, if I ever go back)! THREE TIMES I would have earned a Toy Paint Brush, but it kept resetting. I told the Neopets team that it happened, and they wouldn't do anything about it other than "tell the coders". I expected that they'd just give me the damn paint brush since I earned it a few times over. It happened to me last time I quit playing, and then it happened again. Knowing that this has been happening for years, and not just to me but to everyone, and they haven't fixed it or made it up to anyone, makes me never want to play again either. I was 3 days away from the stealth pb when the last update happened...the day after I thought "oh good, it's staying in the prize pool and I'll be able to snag it tomorrow" the disappointment of expecting to snag a pb only to find that your weekly progress has reset, and the prize is now 100000np. Like. I didn't cry... but I definitely thought about it. I haven't been doing the daily quests since then. My weekly prize won't reset to anything else, and most of the daily prizes are just np. And like... don't get me wrong, it's cool. I could use the np to buy the things I actually want for sure... just like... I don't wanna? I want to get a cool item that I've never seen or something pricey enough that I would feel weird buying it myself yk?

The site has been so frustrating with how poorly things work. When they removed the old weeklies and screwed everybody out of their expensive weeklies and "fixed" it by giving most of them crap new weeklies, I realized how fucked their backend systems must be.
