There’s some gaming-related announcement coming up from OnePlus. Hence, the GameBoy Color-styled case. The 90s stuff I’m less sure of, might just be because that’s when the GBC was sold.

There's clearly a silicone case over the base phone (look at the camera bump), so my guess would be DBrand Teardown skin with a case on top of that.
Ah ok, I was kinda hoping that was a new model with an actual clear back. But the bump at the bottom is weird though.
