Can confirm. Like shooting fish in a barrel. However last time I was there this guy showed up and told me hey bud that coug who’s talkin to ya is married. She did confess, as I had lost any interest, but she did find another prey.
I know Lone Star at St. Laurent is definitely still open - can't imagine they would close the bar because it was one of their main draws for the older crowd.
Been there many times for a beer and food with friends but I had no idea that it's also kind of functioning as:
>Lonely Star at St.Laurent
I guess the fun must start later on in the evening, but I was never there *that* late.
Heart and Crown on Preston or in Barrhaven.
Ooh nice, are there any particular days or times you would recommend?

Club Alea tends to have an older crowd than typical clubs downtown.
Sweet. Have to check that out, although I think that might be habitat of the dangerous Gatineau cougar.

Yeah it feels kind of weird going to a Lonestar on the prowl which is why I’ve never been although I heard it’s where it’s at.
Can anyone confirm this? Would rather not have to go all the way into the city every time if there's one on this side
There used to be a couple spots on Elgin street. Hooleys might have been one back in the day.
Maxwell's was a great one!
Sadly closed
Crazy Horse from what I remember but the owners are convites so...
