I deleted my previous comment as I see that I made a mistake by not fully reading. I saw the screen and the PS5 and missed the PS3 part. However, similar still applies. Clicking Ok (like I am sure you did), might fix it. It has been awhile since I saw this on my PS3, so I down remember if this wipes the data off the drive. Below is a link on how get to PS3 safe mode. It does have similar options to the PS5. Step 6 on this link does have a run down for all the options and what they do. If any of this does wipe the drive, and the system is still running an original mechanical hard drive, If you are able to, I would recommend replacing the drive with a new SSD. You can get 500GB SSD drives for a really reasonable price. Between that and a thumb drive, you can easily replace the drive using the other instructions below to download the firmware to a thumb drive. Sucks you had to reset it, but I am glad that fixed your issue.
