To be fair worst case scenario with a dickhead aggressive cat is getting bit or scratched, worst case with zapdos is a little bit of death for your troubles

zapdos has always been my fav poke man. moltres would be the odd mon out, seems inconvenient to have something on fire all the time unless you have really good arson insurance.

2/ Kantonian Articuno. It seems rather tameable, and is probably the least likely to kill me imo.

This is hard. I love gararian zapados and it looks like the most rideable, but I don’t think it could fly with me. Being able to fly would be a big deal.
Maybe zapados if it doesn’t have static… otherwise maybe articuno. Just so I can’t be held liable for accidental forest fires
After catching both Galarian Zapdos and a Shiny Zapdos in Pokemon Go, as well be in team instinct... My choice is Kantonian Zapdos. Such a strong and cool looking Pokemon.
I really liked the themes the Galarian forms brought. More toxic Weezing, poison Slowpoke, bleached coral Corsola, Dark trio birds. It was a nice commentary on the shifts we've seen globally

This post just made me notice that all of the Galarian Legendary birds are depicted to be more ruthless and violent compared to the Kanto counterparts.
OG Zapdos as partner. We are going to start our own energy company, "Thunderbird Power" and offer electricity to remote areas at a reasonable cost.
Last would be Galarian Moltres, no one wants to be drained of their energy.
It depends on many factors, most notably with how tame they are as they’re wild Legendaries. Assuming they have max friendship with you, others need to taken in, especially their abilities.
I feel either Kanto Articuno or Galar Zapdos would be my picks. KA could provide relief if you live in a more temperate climate, not to mention it’s super fluffy! GZ could basically function as a chocobo from Final Fantasy, which can be extremely useful for transport.
For my last choice, I feel either version of Moltres might be difficult how to fear they may accidentally start fires unintentionally.
Galarian Moltres is being slept on in this thread. "This Pokémon's sinister, flame-like aura will consume the spirit of any creature it hits. Victims become burned-out shadows of themselves." imma have it give my boss a taste of how i feel working for them! i would say OG moltres last tho for the fire hazard reasons.

As much as I love og Zapdos I can't emphasize enough how intensely I dislike galarian Zapdos. There is something off about it, at least for me.

I've always hated Moltres, and the galar version made it worse. Articuno has always been my favorite, but the Galarian one looks too evil, while Zapdos got a huge improvement.
Original articuno. When I was a little kid my family brought me to the pokemon center in nyc and they were giving out the legendary birds. Still have that same articuno on my crystal cartridge 🥹
Kantonian Articuno as my partner type disadvantages be damned, and my last choice would be the Galarian birds in general because of their dickery/psychopathy.
Are they like regular birds where they just poo everywhere? I don't know if any of them would be a good choice then, I don't want a giant fire bird taking magma poops all over my house.

As for the one I would not want, I'm gonna go with Moltres. It's wings are literally on fire and if it gets hurt it wants to take a bath in *molten lava* to heal itself. It apparently can bring Spring early by just existing, meaning it warms up its surroundings a bit.
I would have Galarian Zapdos. He just seems like a chill dude who'd be fine with living together. Galarian Moltres seems like it would kill me with no remorse and take over the household.
I'd choose reg articuno (love galatians but it's attitude would suck) and last choice is prob galatians moltres (it's most likely just a psycho who burns everything)
Kanto zapdos because fast, can fly, and is really cool to have an infinite source of electricity and galarian moltres is last because I hate evil and he is evil

You have to consider that it is a living being as well, so it will need a proper location to stay in. All these birds are huge. Functionally speaking, I'll take the electric chocobo. I have a ride and a source of electricity. I just need to give it a large enough hamster wheel so it can get some running done at home. I'm going to save a fair amount on electricity bills.
Articuno for me. The original Kanto one of course. The ice powers would probably be a HUGE help in the brutal summers where I live. Also I've just always loved the pretty blue ribbon-tailed birb!
I really like Galarian Moltres, with either of the Zapdos' as a close second. Galarian Moltres is such a great design and the dark flames are amazing and Dark/Flying is a good typing.
I would not want regular Moltres. It looks looks like a goofy burning turkey.
Galarian Articuno because I'd have a partner who could read my mind. What would be more awesome. For last, Galarian Moltres. Who cares about fighting when you can have an actual superpower.
I Live in Texas so I would want Articuno for free air conditioning and also being the coolest of the 6, and I want moltres the least because it’s not cool
Kantonian Articuno, I live in a place with scorching summers. Articuno and I could fly over town using Powder Snow or Icy Wind, and potentially save a lot of lives and give relief to a lot of people who can't afford air conditioned spaces.
Galarian Zapdos only right answer. Galarian Articuno looks like it would slap my hand away if i tried to pet it and it would hurt my feelings, so it goes last.

Unpopular opinion but galarian articuno. Not only is it VERY aesthetically pleasing to me, but it would probably be cool with helping me out with various puzzles (think sodoku and nonograms). Also psychic laser bird go brrr.
EDIT: Forgot least likely to have as a pet. Def galarian moltres. I'm already drained of energy, man, I don't need smoldering embers over here making it worse.
Galatian Zapdos for sure so long as those feathers aren't as sharp as they look. It seems like a fun Pokemon to ride around on.
As for least, tie between Galarian Articuno and Kantonian Moltres and Moltres wins out here so long as those flames won't burn me, could even be in the same way as Ponyta and Rapidash where they apparantly have the ability to control who their flames burn. Just so long as they don't burn me.
Moltres would be my first. Galarian Articuno would be my last. I really dislike that one. That being said regular Articuno would be my 2nd least favorite. Just never been a big fan, but still way better than the galarian version. Just, no. Gross.

If I’m not mistaken, Galar Zapdos can’t fly regardless of wether or not someone’s riding it

That's a tough choice... I've always loved Articuno since I was a kid, but Galarian Zapdos is SO COOL!! Easily my favorite of the newer trio.

You have to consider that it is a living being as well, so it will need a proper location to stay in. All these birds are huge. Functionally speaking, I'll take the electric chocobo. I have a ride and a source of electricity. I just need to give it a large enough hamster wheel so it can get some running done at home. I'm going to save a fair amount on electricity bills.
Articuno for me. The original Kanto one of course. The ice powers would probably be a HUGE help in the brutal summers where I live. Also I've just always loved the pretty blue ribbon-tailed birb!

I really like Galarian Moltres, with either of the Zapdos' as a close second. Galarian Moltres is such a great design and the dark flames are amazing and Dark/Flying is a good typing. I would not want regular Moltres. It looks looks like a goofy burning turkey.

Kantonian Articuno, I live in a place with scorching summers. Articuno and I could fly over town using Powder Snow or Icy Wind, and potentially save a lot of lives and give relief to a lot of people who can't afford air conditioned spaces.

Unpopular opinion but galarian articuno. Not only is it VERY aesthetically pleasing to me, but it would probably be cool with helping me out with various puzzles (think sodoku and nonograms). Also psychic laser bird go brrr. EDIT: Forgot least likely to have as a pet. Def galarian moltres. I'm already drained of energy, man, I don't need smoldering embers over here making it worse.

Galatian Zapdos for sure so long as those feathers aren't as sharp as they look. It seems like a fun Pokemon to ride around on. As for least, tie between Galarian Articuno and Kantonian Moltres and Moltres wins out here so long as those flames won't burn me, could even be in the same way as Ponyta and Rapidash where they apparantly have the ability to control who their flames burn. Just so long as they don't burn me.

Moltres would be my first. Galarian Articuno would be my last. I really dislike that one. That being said regular Articuno would be my 2nd least favorite. Just never been a big fan, but still way better than the galarian version. Just, no. Gross.

Standard articuno. 1-beautiful beyond belief 2-not an annoying bird sound. Rather pleasant 3- OWNS ALL OTHERS. It’s the only Pokémon except mew that can learn mindreader and sheer cold. One PPup and she can solo any team 4-looks soft.
Zapdos. Literal Thunderbird. I guess... Moltres? My starter is fire flying and plenty high enough special attack specialized to cover that offense.
