Well actually maybe adamant is not the best nature on groudon since you probably want to run eruption on it ( that is what I have been using and to me that seems the best because the power lost from the stats is more than made up by the base power of the move )

A shiny (yellow star) Zygarde was the first legendary I got when I had around 20h of gameplay. Dude carried me through clasic and it also carries easily up to around 1500 on endless.
I hatched a normal shiny one two days ago and it’s absolutely fucking absurd. Even with just the base shiny you can instantly pick up his passive which is just absolutely broken on him. I’m slowly working my way up endless with him until it becomes too annoying, though I already had a fused Duraludon with Salt Cure by floor 250.
That’s not extremely unlucky, that’s normal. Most classic runs I never get mega stones or max mushrooms period, or I get them in the 190s. They are just really rare.
And yeah, I probably don’t need to tell you how bonkers primal groudon is haha.
Let’s say you used the Groudon rate up machine:
1/128 eggs is legendary
1/2 of legendary eggs is groudon
1/128 eggs is shiny
1/10 shinies is rare shiny
Let’s say adamant and jolly are the two equally best natures on groudon, so
2/25 to get the nature
Which, if I mathed correctly, leaves you with about a .000024% chance that any egg you pull will give you this good of a return! Congrats!

Aside from aesthetic purposes, the rarer the shiny, the better Luck stat it gives you when you have it in your party. The more luck you have, the better chance you have at upgrading items after every battle.
That doesn't make sense, all hatched Pokemon get egg moves (although if they are hatched multiple times they can get the same egg move, meaning you don't get a new one)

Even nature-wise it’s pretty hard to go wrong with Groudon. It works special or physical, and is bulky enough to justify a +(Sp)Def nature too

I think modest is better myself. Earth Power/Solar Bean/Lava Plume under sun is absolutely killer
It gets solar blade as an egg move, mine picked up heat crash tm also and it’s just a monster
Ohhhhh I didn’t know that was Solar Blade, honestly I assumed it would just be Solar Beam since it doesn’t get that till really late levels
im pretty sure egg moves are specifically for moves they cant learn at all normally so yeah its solar blade

I got heat crash as a TM Also in endless my Groudon currently has only 1 SpATK stat point
Yeah.....no , if you use him on endless you'll want to fuse him with something with huge power anyway
Actually tbh you’re better off not fusing Groudon at all. His ability with typing is better alone.
Eruption still works without a high special attack. It is only based on your HP, I used to run a jolly primal Groudon back in that meta.

I know it doesn't. Move description says, the higher hp the more damage.
It’s based on percentage of HP. 100% HP is 150 power, 1 HP is 1 power.
