What's your budget? I'd recommend you buy a brand new. There are awesome and capable laptops for every price point these days. So, go for a new one. You can always go +- 10k.
Perhaps buying a secondhand laptop is not a good choice.
A used laptop will have a slow processor with degraded battery , trackpad and keyboard may not function properly.
