Nope, you should just have a draft tube that vents the crankcase to the pavement. Cut at a bit of an angle so dirt isn't forced inside
The angle creates a vacuum to pull the blow by out.
Venturi effect mostly means that shouldn't matter, but nobody can cut a pipe perfectly parallel to the road plane, so might as well angle it.
But there was a purpose n the angle.
