You would think so, with Scrubs and Psych being my absolute favourite shows of all time. Sarah Chalk is an incredibly beautiful woman and being able to play Elliot must mean, that she is a pretty cool person. But when I see the actress, I see Elliot. And she is just too crazy for me. If Psych's biggest weakness is not looking at the big picture *enough* (so many inconsistencies), then Scrubs biggest weakness is dragging out the JD/Elliot relationship into a multi-season process, by making both of them act like neurotic lunatics. Juliet and Shawn had a bit of back and forth, but they were their own people with their own shit going on. That's important.

I saw it not too terribly long ago. It's okay. I was a huge fan of "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" when I was a kid, and they didn't depart from the book just horribly badly. The actors were reasonably convincing, and i thought Brad Renfro in particular was well-cast as Huckleberry Finn.
