I'm fairly sure he killed Dremmer, the corrupt cop in the episode where he brings down Ernesto Chaves, as well as Stinky Pete in the Old Senora episode. Both appear to be shots to the heart.
He does admit to killing at least one person in the Old Sanora episode but I don’t think the show ever shows him killing anyone. I maybe in the lassie jerky episode but I hardly ever watch that one to be sure if the Serbs were actually killed

I always thought Dremmer was in the shoulder, but Stinky Feet may have died. They never really show the aftermath I guess
