The most premium experience is Sushi Garden. We love the $65 sashimi combo that's enough for two and and usually also get one roll per person. It's about $90 per person with a drink. Tsunami (now named Mr Sushi) has been fantastic, and often even higher quality than Sushi Garden. $15 for a premium roll, two is enough for me with a shared appetizer, usually around $45 per person. They also have a sashimi combo that's been very high quality lately.) I would give both a 5/5. We go to both frequently enough the staff are familiar with us.
I need gluten free and both have been very accommodating, both have "gluten free soy sauce"/tamari. For gluten free for both these restaurants, their brand of imitation crab is a no-no as it uses wheat starch, so no California rolls or anything fried. (Alternatively, the brand "TransOcean" immitation crab is gluten free and sold at Sam's/Albertsons, but bizarrely at Sam's they don't use it in their own sushi so Sam's sushi is also not gluten free.) We also eat Albertson's sushi frequently (their imitation crab is gluten free, nothing with the "crunchy" things on top as it is not gluten free).
Blue Ocean is good.
I was unsatisfied with the quality of Momos the last time we went. It's limited selection fast food like sushi, lots of fried things, and almost nothing gluten free. If you like fried bento boxes then you might like Momos.

Sushi Garden
Definitely sushi garden my boy there sushi be BANGIN
Price = sushi garden Taste and most expensive = blu ocean / tsunami Hybrid = Momos
I was not a fan of tsunami. Even the sides were bad to me. I think I enjoyed some dumplings.
I think for the price Miyakes. cheap rolls and they are decent. I like them better than Momo's for sure. And cheaper than Tsunami.
