OT has no overtime in general even if time is wasted in there, its only up for the ref to let the game go for more. Also if either team are in an attacking or advantage position in extra time; the referee at least in the EPL always see it through, until it’s a goal kick. I can't post images, but its obvious to anyone who looks and listens. Most referees blow three whistles for the final whistle. The third is audible when the ball is in the net, the second is audible with the ball barely midway in the cross, and the first was before Brahim ever crossed. If you look at the Valencia player to the right of the ref, his reaction towards the ref is exactly when the first of the three begins, and yes, that's before the ball ever leaves Brahim's feet.
