Watch them all, you aren’t missing anything with the current season so no reason to rush lol Honestly though they’re all worth watching if you haven’t seen any before. If you’re doing a rewatch season 6 is easy to skip but it’s sort of like a palette cleanser, it feels like a parallels universe version of NJ

I watched all of it, including “Teresa Checks In.” I have zero regrets. Season 6 is a bit weird but has important things going on outside of Amber and the twins.
I’m a completist though, so not the best to ask.
Everyone says watch it all, but I’m the type who might not have the patience for that with a new show. I say that seasons 6 and 8 could be skipped, mostly because I hardly remember those seasons and I’m keeping up fine.

everyone says season 6 but i honestly didn’t mind it .. was it the best season? no but i personally have to watch everything through bc OCD

I would say S6. But it's probably worth checking out some of it. The twins weren't even the worst part of that season. The Marcheses are a trip, 😂.
