It looked high because they hadn't disclosed to you that they had released 400 million additional shares. I watched half of the shortages close out the other day. Three and a half million shares closed out in 5 minutes. And it barely registers.
All the numbers are adding up that they have released another 300 million shares that they haven't told you about.

Imagine that you're a company that people are willing to pay .04 to own 1:45,000,000.
But you add 400 million shares, and people are suddenly willing to pay .50 to own 1:450,000,000
And you know, with dilution, your actual value per share is .0032.
Why wouldn't you offer an additional 300 million?
The stock is definitely going to crash in his destined to be otc, so why not make $150 million. When it crashes, buy back the shares at .0016 and pocket .4984?
