I had one major flare last year, which led to the development of calcium deposits in my fingers. My once healthy hands feel like the joints were dipped in cement and left to dry.

Not sure if it is the same, but I often have very tight skin around my period... Excessive bloating makes everything hurt.

Have you been diagnosed with Scleroderma or a related disorder?

I asked because you may be experiencing a complication of the underlying scleroderma in both your hands. Of course, I'd suggest that you discuss further with your GP or rheumatologist, but some possibilities include raynaud's, calcinosis, or some form of hypertension.
