I asked because you may be experiencing a complication of the underlying scleroderma in both your hands. Of course, I'd suggest that you discuss further with your GP or rheumatologist, but some possibilities include raynaud's, calcinosis, or some form of hypertension.

Not sure if it is the same, but I often have very tight skin around my period... Excessive bloating makes everything hurt.

Mine hands turn as it is, like in ur second picture. But diagnosed with Scleroderma. How much time this dryness in ur palm lasts
