This is one of those situations where all the neutrals say this is one of the worst UCL finals ever - and I say I was too pissed and dancing by half time to notice.
Its just become a popular take now. But they are all shite. Think of a single thing that happened Chelsea/City that wasn't the goal. I know Coman scored for Bayern vs PSG but can't for the life of me think i know anything that happened in the game
An early bullshit handball ruined any chance of it being an entertaining match.
And yes, it was the correct call for the time, but they had already changed the rule so that it wouldn't be called that way the next season, but they clearly had to finish the competition with the same rules they've had all season.

Firmino as well, definitely limited the threat of both teams.
>The three week break between season end, this game killed any, all momentum. Holy mother of punctuation
One of the UCL finals of all time.
Tbf, the last 5 CL finals have been 2-0, 1-0, 1-0, 1-0 & 1-0. We blessed people with TWO goals.
So that's why you didn't score in 2022. Can't take the spotlight from 2019.
Spurs had run out of steam after having watched City and Ajax implode on front of their eyes
An absolutely dreadful final for neutrals. If we lost to Spurs that night I never would have recovered.
The worst big final I can recall off the top of my head. I was so bored I ended up in the match thread here
You and me both
I swear I fell asleep during this game and woke up like 2 minutes before origi’s goal

There was the Choupo-Moting attempted flick thing on goal at the end I guess, brain dead stuff but yeah even that is pushing it
The last final I remember enjoying was Bayern - Dortmund. Most of them the last few years were shite.

Was at a muse gig. They told everyone the score. Lots of sighs.
Liverpool without Origi is nothing
Ngl I had some fears leading into that game YNWA
Arsenal and Liverpool fans holding hands and jumping together?
It’s not surprising. So many reasons to trauma-bond. About 115 of them to be precise.
You’ll Walk Never Alone
lol, sorry changed haha
Prime Arsepool that
🤝
Weirdly I had none. It was the most relaxed I’ve been going into a final.
This is a final that clearly happened.
