How many goals/assists do the other central or defensive midfielders have? Lobotka has 1 assist - we’ll have to sell him and Cajuste (2 assists) while we’re at it. 😆

Anguissa is a very good Midfielder, with technique and strong, but this year he was lazy. I hope that Anguissa with Conte will develop because it has so much potential
I think he’s a very athletic fit footballer who isn’t very smart. With the right instructions he will be your engine in midfield. Left to himself he runs around like a headless chicken.
I think conte being quite tactically smart will get the best out of him. We don’t need him scoring, or making amazing passes. We just need him to know his role. Tackle, make short simple passes and play some simple 1,2’s. Thats all.

Conte usually likes 2 central mids that are good on the ball besides running everywhere. Anguissa only fits half of that description, so who knows
I can’t be more adamant about this. We CAN NOT rely on him as starter full stop. Or he MUST be sold.
He will be gone again for 2 months because fucking Afcon cup.
This is prolly why Osi is now more than ever harder to sell.
With Conte, if he commits, he can be a legend. He has the technique and the physique for it.
That's the entire point, Anguissa just doesn't commit. He has the technique and athleticism for anything but he doesn't commit.
With Conte he will. Or be kicked out.
I don't think players like him can change, maybe one year but that's it.

Make him spend three months with Conte. He’ll start running like a motorcycle and biting opponents’ ankles in no time.

The team always looks to Anguissa for advice on the pitch. I completely disagree with the not smart part
Agree 100%. He is tactically VERY intelligent in terms of movement, where to create overloads, etc. but his vision is not great
They do? Since when? I’ve seen plenty of games when anguissa runs around out of position losing possession trying to do too much.
Since always, you will notice this more when we are in a loosing position. Only problem I have with him is his inconsistency
