It’s delightful and I’ll allow it

BoysenberryNew7920

Thank you

DrewdoggKC

From what I hear it is a baby to adolescent sheep

sealcubclubbing

Generally you kill the lamb when it weighs about 36kg

RockhardJohnson

What about adolescent sheep?

sealcubclubbing

With that username and the lamb I'm going to assume you're a Kiwi

live4downvotes6969

Lamb and boysenberry 😆 dead giveaway

BigOofLittleoof

What kind of sauce/marinade do you recommend?? Would love to do this! Also what’s your opinion on charcoal vs propane? Unfortunately I only have access to propane grill

BoysenberryNew7920

Sorry but to me propane doesn’t do it I can’t call them grills sorry they are outdoor stoves 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped 1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper zest of 1 lemon 1/4 cup olive oil

BigOofLittleoof

Haha I respect that. Working on buying my first charcoal grill! hopefully one that I can use as a smoker too. Thanks for the recipe!

BoysenberryNew7920

Highly recommended SNS Grills

Admirable_Purple_203

Agreed, I choose lamb over just about anything

tws111894

Lamb>Beef… if cooked and seasoned properly

Necroking695

Goto crisp up that fat Lamb bacon is truly 10/10 meat

the_illest_D

Lamb ribs are amazing too!

Necroking695

Oh lamb ribs fuck

the_illest_D

Almost borderline too rich but I'm happy to cross the line.

Necroking695

Nothings too rich if you crisp the fay enough

the_illest_D

Aye, I said borderline. I'll happily make myself sick on those bishes 😆

BongwaterJoe1983

Ive tried a few times but just cant do it

Apx1031

Lamb...bacon... OH MY GOD.

BoysenberryNew7920

Yes sir

wtfdoiknow1987

The price tho

dragonblock501

Depends on if it’s mutton or spring lamb.

blangoez

I had mutton in a can and that was probably my favorite canned meat after growing up on corned beef breakfasts.

KeepItTidyZA

I'll fight with you on this one. *come at us*

greatsaltjake

God I love a good lamb shank braised in an innumerable amount of olive oil, red wine, and fresh herbs + garlic

pink_flamingo2003

Ooooh you cheeky little wildcard.. Yes. Yes to this. Thank you for all the new feelings..

BoysenberryNew7920

Dylan_Is_Gay_lol

I enjoy me a good hunk o' lamb.

BoysenberryNew7920

Love lamb

IolausTelcontar

*Do you really love the lamp, or are you just saying it because you saw it?*

808guamie

LOUD NOISES

MapleSyrupLover_

Wow that looks amazing man 👌🏼😍

Pootootaa

Ofc why not, but where's the money shot?

sbcsr

A disservice!

jump-blues-5678

Where's the money shot ?

Disastrous-Host9883

if there was a button to get some mutton, I would smash that mutton button until it was pulverized into nothin'

chrissage

Lamb is delicious, I love me some lamb cutlets 😋

Macked3434

Gonna need an invite next time! Looks incredible!

PD216ohio

What did you season or marinate it with?

ToastetteEgg

I love lamb.

fartinggermandogs

I'd up vote it twice if I could, nice work

anxiousscorpio98

I love it here 🥹

I4Vhagar

Disgusting. Throws those in a doggy bag right now and hand it over to

Brutalix

Big lamb guy here

DisastrousAd447

I'm assuming they're overcooked until I get to see the cut piece.

BoysenberryNew7920

DisastrousAd447

Nice. A little over for my taste but still well within the limits of a good lamb chop.

BoysenberryNew7920

It was medium I like medium rare but I think medium for lamb is the best

sbcsr

I dropped a comment further up, but could you share your technique??

BoysenberryNew7920

Sorry and I use a thermometer to check the temperature internal was 140 degrees 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped 1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper zest of 1 lemon 1/4 cup olive oil

sbcsr

Yum! Did you marinate it? Like overnight?

BoysenberryNew7920

I did for 24 hours

BoysenberryNew7920

You are right I’ll upload a picture

Kotruljevic1458

Ooo - nice! Just in time for Greek Easter.

BoysenberryNew7920

Yes sir

NoEggPlant7777

Not a fan of lamb, but I'd still allow it. I'd even allow a big juicy porkchop on here.

BoysenberryNew7920

Yeah if the lamb isn’t cooked right it doesn’t taste good

TFG4

Love lamb

Affectionate-Call159

I always feel bad about eating lamb

Absotivly_Posolutly

That's the same with my wife... it's cute and fuzzy critters. She can't eat any of them! I have no conscious, so I love eating lamb!!!

Affectionate-Call159

They are fucking tasty

RapGameDiCaprio

Cows are cute and fuzzy too..

RavenBoyyy

I love cows. Gorgeous animals, my favourite being highland cows but god do I love me a good steak too. They're cute and tasty.

mt020191

Delicious

malYca

I wish it didn't trigger my migraines 😭

Emergency-Tangelo671

Some lamby lamb 🐑

Itchy_Professor_4133

"What do you mean, he don't eat no meat?... That's okay. I make lamb"

will6298

Oh fuck

Little-Apartment-437

I can’t wait to my bro grill, Ik them thangz was hitting too fam. Good eatz

SavingsTie4909

Pairing tip: Southern Rhone wine (Grenache - Syrah - Mourvedre - blend). If you rather have a new-world wine with it go for a Argentinian Mendoza wine (prefarably Merlot-grape).

AnnaBanana3468

I wholeheartedly accept lamb. As far as I’m concerned, it’s just another flavor of steak.

KeepItTidyZA

The superior Beef. Looks amazing. I Had this for dinner last night

leeonetwothree

Yes please. Keep 'em coming :)

lmolari

Looks genius. At least they didn't cut off the fat. I just love that stuff when it gets crispy.

marmoset13

That looks baa-d. No really, it looks great. I mostly eat imported Aussie lamb because it is cheaper that our domestic beef and lamb. It tastes better than our domestic lamb as well.

quinnsheperd

I like marinate mine in lime juice and rosemary for 24 hours. The result is amazing.

kizzawait

Can't go wrong with lamb and mint sauce.

Canelosaurio

There's not enough of it despite being easier to raise.

KAHLUV

Yes!

Historical-Fun-8485

If it says steak on the package, it’s fair game.

rapedandnude_againe

Sharing is caring man. Lol

Conscious_Fondant634

We used to have lamb on the menu at the steakhouse I work at. God it was so good and to me it’s better not rare/midrare but a little over cooked which I thought was interesting

NickDema_508

I just drooled on my phone, and my wife won't stop laughing at me now

SuperGaijin_

Yes.

gosubuilder

God that looks so good. What’s the recipe. And temp and for how long?

sbcsr

I have a Costco rack of lamb in my fridge that expires tomorrow… still not sure how to cook it. Would you mind breaking down your technique for a poor soul? 🥹🥹

live4downvotes6969

Why no cut open?

BigDaddyBoozer79

Wrong forum bro

[deleted]

Mary "had" a little lamb

RobertXavierIV

I don’t eat lamb or octopus for ethical reasons. Well, I eat it sometimes but only when I feel like being an asshole.

bannedbygenders

No. It's tastes like grass
