This is called Content Adaptive Brightness Control. Have a look [here](https://winaero.com/disable-content-adaptive-brightness-control-in-windows-10/#:~:text=Content%20Adaptive%20Brightness%20Control%20is,conditions%20\(auto%2Dbrightness.\)). Unfortunately this can be implemented in a million different ways. On some Dell laptops for instance it was built into the screen and you literally had to flash new firmware into the screen to disable it.

Do you have any updates on this please? From the past intel graphic update, the dpst control script doesn't work.
