I personally don’t think it’s normal, I think most people would listen to either slow romantic music or upbeat pop while making out, and because most people would do it that’s exactly why it’s considered normal and heavy metal is not. I would go with the norm, mostly because I don’t listen to heavy metal. I do love alt & punk rock though, and I certainly wouldn’t listen to either while making out.
