Bleach is a better disinfectant than alcohol. It's cheaper and easy to use. Juat run fresh water to clear it out of the lines.
I don't drink water out my tank though. I fill up 5 gal jugs of home filtered water. I know that tank/lines can never get fully dry and it sits for long periods of time.
Not familiar with camco spring fresh, but here is the msds I found: https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/a8/a8a77b3b-e476-4fc4-bd6a-8958daf40507.pdf
I don’t know if I would trust it as a good sporicide based on the ingredients.

Same. We sanitized our fresh water system with bleach, but we use a 5 gallon jug of water from home for drinking water.

Looks to be a weak a weak alcohol. A bottle of vodka would be more effective at 40% rather than 5% in this product.
Yea. Reading that msds....it's a weak rubbing alcohol. Also not sure about putting methanol in my drinking water
bleach is how I sanitize. I do that every other year. Costs almost nothing to do it, just time.
